I honestly love it, its a friendly and non-judgemental environment so keep that up! The staff are always very helpful and motivating. It has tons of variety in great equipment to choose from and the hours of operation are AMAZING. Only thing I would improve on is shower (trim) cleanliness. Fungus can grow and spread quickly so it can be harmful. That is really the only flaw I've noticed which is admirable considering there are so many big time gyms that have unfriendly staff, egotistical environments, always pushing sales, and let alone the tidiness/cleanliness quality of their gyms are very poor and only get away with it because of the brand. So, great job Phaze 1 I really enjoy going there when I do go :)
Came back after 4 months off today. Felt great to see all the friendly faces again, love phaze 1.

Any machine/free weight you could ask for, clean showers, locker rooms and equipment. Passionate staff who know what their talking about, well priced with student deals too. Definitely the best facility around pembroke. Can't wait to spend many more sessions here!
