I have been a member of this gym for a very long time.....very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. An awesome place to work out.
I have personally been working out at the Pembroke fitness centre for over 20 years. I would not work at any other gym! The clients are outstanding! I love that it is a very community oriented gym! This facility has raised over $500,000 for the community and still contributing!
This is by far my favourite gym in town! Love the gym, classes, pool, and sauna! Friendly and encouraging staff!
I have been a fitness instructor for more years than I will put in print. Two rules I have always taught by - the workout had to be safe and it had to be fun. There is no sense in working out if you aren't having fun, but I have and always will put your safety first. As do my coworkers. We have a great staff and a great group of clients that come here. You really should join us and see what all the fuss is about!!!
