The staff are great! They treated my fur baby with the utmost care when he had his surgery. I felt confident he was in great hands when I left him there for the day!
Took my cat here twice, paying a total of $700, and they never could tell what was wrong with her..
While we were at our cottage our beautiful 13 year old Labrador Retriever, Beretta fell very ill and we needed help. With support and understanding from the staff, my husband and I made that difficult decision. They were so accommodating for me and made Berettas final hours as comfortable as possible. I was given all the time I needed before the process took place and after I left feeling much comforted. Although this was a very sad day for our family we are grateful for the care and support we received from this clinic. Thank you to the staff for your help that day.
Dr knight is a complete fake. You can hear it in his voice when he says "such a cute dog!" I said right when I walked in to the front counter that I wanted my dog Titer tested. I continued in the examine room and he kept trying to force shots for my dog. I only agreed to rabies. He did not want to Titer test my dog. It got to the point where I told him I would take my dog elsewhere then to get her Titer tested. Even after that he still tried to force the shots! When he finally took her to be Titer tested she came back with a bandage on her leg and we brought her home. When we got home we took off the bandage and her leg was full of blood! I do NOT Recommend him at all! I am so upset with how he treated my dog and myself. The other dr we had seen was so much nicer and actually cared for our dog and us. The other staff were very caring. He is the only issue so far.
