I have always had a great experience when I shop here. Very helpful staff and management are very quick to aid in doing right by the customer. Yes its a busy location but considering the amount of customers that flow through their doors you need a bit of patience.
The best Walmart I've ever been to, I'm from Ottawa and ours are dirty and run down. This one was really clean, super friendly.
In what right mind would you allow a change table to be installed so high!!!! I dont care if you dont install them yourselves you should be checking that they are installed at a proper height. I could not change my daughter without issues because this table was installed so high. I am 53 This was probably installed at about 5.This is also inaccessible for anyone in a wheel chair. We spoke to the assistant manager and she said there was nothing she could do. When my boyfriend told her to bring it up to the store manager she again said there was nothing she could do. FIX THE DAMN CHANGE TABLE!!!!!!(Also the other one that was taped up was pretty much the same height)
I'm new to the area and each experience has been pleasant. The staff are always super friendly and helpful, when I cant find an item they really try to help me find it. Granted I was looking for organizational items during the weekend before back to school so some items were a little short on stock. But other than that its been an overall pleasant experience.
If I could give no stars i would. I went for eyeglasses... ordered on 13th September. They called me 20th. I went and long story short...the wrong prescription!!!. They tried very hard to insist these were my glasses!!! I refused. And... Im still waiting 11 days now for my proper eyeglasses..go figure..will continue.
