I have stayed at many Choice Hotels and Comfort Inns when i'm travelling on a budget and I stayed at the Pembroke, ON location for the first time this weekend, I was very pleased with the room,. It was spacious, clean and in good condition. I like having a ground floor room so that I can park right outside the sliding door and easily bring my belongings into the room. Check in was very quick and staff were very pleasant. I do find that Comfort Inns aren't all to the same standard, but this one is definitely on a par with higher grade hotels. The room price does include breakfast, but I usually arrive very late and am not awake in time. It would be nice if breakfast was served a little bit later, but it's not the best quality food so I don't mind missing it.
Nice little hotel but I could hear each and every person walking by my room all night not to mention the main door on the second floor closing so loudly, as well as the room doors. They really need to insulate their doors.(see photo) A bit of weatherstripping and this review might have gotten an extra star. I'm in town for work and need my sleep but that didn't happen. Will not be staying here next time.
Comfort Inn was a very great place to stay.The front desk staff member, L, who checked us in on Thursday afternoon went over and beyond for my wife and I, who were celebrating an anniversary with a White Water Rafting trip.The customer service here is nothing short of excellent, as they made sure that we had everything we needed. Once our son is a little older and we go rafting again, we will definitely return to the Comfort Inn Pembroke!Thank you so much!
Clean and quiet. Reasonably priced. Great staff are very helpful. Nice sitting area behind the building. Good breakfast included. No complaints about this property.
Rooms are nice and clean. Hotel is up to date. There is a little mini putt in the back that is in some disrepair but is free and fun nonetheless. Decent location. Decent breakfast in the morning. Friendly staff.
