Brought my children in, after calling for appointments, son for a haircut and daughter to get her ears pierced, the lady who cut our sons hair did a great job but the owner was rude when I asked to get my two year old daughter's ears pierced. First he referred to my daughter as a boy, then he said he would pierce one ear, but if she fussed he would only do the one and we would have to return at a later date to pierce the other . I explained that she had them done at 3 months but lost one and never replaced it so the holes closed and she was good then, I also put emla cream on her ears to numb them, but after telling me he wouldn't do it if she fussed, I told him I would take my business elsewhere . Don't go here for anything, horrible business and they just don't care .

Excellent service! I called to see if they could fit in my son but they were full. They called me back shortly after and said they would fit him in..... and ended up being able to fit in all 4 of my boys!!! Thanks
